After you order, our team will contact you in less than 24h. We will send you an e-mail for you to confirm your order. We have a lot of requests and small quantities and that’s why your bag will be reserved for 48h for you to make the payment. Otherwise the bag will be available for sale once again. After that please send us the receipt to info@ninamonizdamaia.com

Exchanges and returns are accepted according to the following policies: Returns are possible for each item within 5 days upon receipt of the order. Besides being in perfect condition, the item must be returned in its original package and with all its components included. We take no responsibility for any item lost or damaged during the return process. In case of return, you should ship it to the remitting address. In case of exchange, please state your reasons. If not fully satisfied, return or exchange postage will be free for Portugal only. Upon receipt and after checking the perfect conditions of the item, you will be refunded based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Which payment methods are available? Payment can be made by bank transfer using a secure and encrypted system. Shipping charges are free for Portugal. How is my order shipped? Orders are shipped through CTT (Portuguese Mail) registered mail. Can I track my order? Yes, you can track your order through the register code supplied.
